Marketing Communications & Anti-Spam

Bearpack Sound Lab (Tristan Salisbury) complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) for any commercial electronic messages (“CEMs”) we send.

Current status

We do not currently send marketing or promotional emails. If you contact us via the contact form or email Arcticasters@gmail.com, we will only reply to your enquiry. You will not be added to any mailing list.

Future communications

If we introduce a mailing list or newsletter in the future:

• We will seek express consent before sending any marketing messages
• Every message will clearly identify Bearpack Sound Lab as the sender
• Every message will include a working, one-click unsubscribe option
• Unsubscribe requests will be actioned within 10 business days

Transactional messages

Replies to your enquiries and any business correspondence we initiate are transactional rather than marketing, and are not subject to CASL unsubscribe requirements.
