How detailed should my description be?
As detailed as possible. Include user flows, feature priorities, inspiration sites/apps, integrations needed, and any technical requirements. More info = faster, more accurate quote.
Can I attach files or wireframes?
Yes! Email us your files after submitting the form (screenshots, PDFs, Figma links, requirements docs). We accept attachments up to 25MB.
What if I don't know all the details yet?
That's okay. Fill in what you know, and we'll ask follow-up questions. Better to be honest about "not sure" than guess wrong and get an inaccurate estimate.
How fast can you turn around?
Quote within 24 hours (1 business day). If we need clarifications, we'll ask right away. Once approved, kickoff is typically within 1–2 weeks.
Do you accept rush projects?
Yes, depending on our schedule. Tight timelines may impact scope. Tell us your deadline in the form, and we'll let you know feasibility.
What's your payment structure?
50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery. For multi-month projects, we invoice in milestones. See Terms of Service for details.
